HOW TO SCAN QR CODES

Still can't scan a QR code? Don't worry, we've got you covered...

Many smartphones come with a built in QR scanner on the camera app but to keep things simple I am just going to explain how to download and use a QR scanner app. 

1. Go to the app store, play store or wherever you download your apps from. 

2. Go to the search bar and look up 'QR code scanner'

3. There will be many QR scanner apps but it's best to choose the one with the highest rating

4. Click on it and press 'Install' or 'Download'

5. It will now be available to you among your other apps, that may be on your home screen or in your app drawer. Locate it.

6. Open it up and click allow on any permissions it asks for e.g. 'to take photos and record video' It may also ask you to accept their Terms and Conditions.

7. Line up a desired qr code*** with the box shaped scanner on your screen, and wait a few seconds. 

8. It will either take you directly to the link or you may have to click 'open'
